This is a design of reconstruction of St. Sofia Conference Hall to new Plenary Hall of Bulgarian Parliament. The intervention of the building preparing the new function is made with respect to the first design. New construction actions include preservation of the original details of the interior.

The design offers a unique solution for skylight by minimal intervention and fully preservation of the original ceiling of the hall. The new solar lighting is diffusive, but not direct. This solution also reduces the drop shadows and makes the usage of the plenary more comfortable.

The desired new Canopy in the main entrance is designed without contact with the original building façade.
